We still encourage you to download and read the PDF version, but if you'd like a professionally bound and printed copy, you can visit our Lulu page here . Printing issues one at a time is not inexpensive, but you have the option if you're interested. If you choose this option, please let us know how it comes out. It's a new service to us and we may have some bugs to work out.
